On a day to day basis we deal with:

Service charge and insurance apportionment

Collecting comparable rent data
Negotiating renewal terms
Assessment of schedule of dilapidation's on lease termination
For vacant units and new investments we undertake the marketing and promotion of the property, secure new tenancies, take up references and commence lease discussions prior to instructing solicitors to complete the process.
