A newly built detached bungalow in very private landscaped
gardens, this holiday home offers families or groups
of friends a chance to enjoy The Gambia and experience
the comforts of your own home. The house is a five minute
drive from the Senegambia and Kairaba hotel area. The
local beach is Bijilo beach, only a short ten minute
walk away. The house is surrounded by an attractive
tiled patio, you chill out on the verandaand enjoy the
evening sunset. At the back of the house is a 15m2 long
covered terrace which is perfect as an outdoor living
and dining area. The back garden is lawned with fruit
trees mango and banana and an abundance of colourful
and aromatic bougainvillea, the perfect place to sit
back, relax and listen to the birds.
Accommodation
Three simply furnished double bedrooms, one with king
sized bed, one with double bed and one with twin beds.
The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and toilet.
There is one further house bathroom with shower and
toilet. The living, dining and kitchen areas are light
and airy and furnished with African pictures and tapestries.
This area is open plan and with six windows and tiled
flooring throughout keeps the house very cool. The Kitchen
has plenty of tile topped mahogany cupboards, gas cooker
and a good sized fridge freezer. The kitchen is well
stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
.
Amenities
Brusubi has one of the best electricity supplies in
The Gambia but in the event of a power cut there is
a stand by generator. Water supply is excellent. In
the back garden there is a built in BBQ. Our housing
manager is always available to look after you, arrange
for laundry, cooking and he can also organise car hire
and act as your driver if you wish. The house is cleaned
and the sheets are chasnged every week, a daily service
is also vailable.
Rate £175 a week: Laundry, cooking and car
hire can alll be arranged as well airport picks up.
Q. How far in advance can I book a serviced apartment?
A. For stays of less than 4 weeks many serviced apartment
buildings will not confirm bookings more than 2-3
weeks before arrival. We will confirm if and when
a secured booking can be made.
Q. Must I arrive and leave on a particular day?
A. No all serviced apartments are available, subject
to availability, and allow flexible arrival and departure
dates of your choice.
Q. Are there cancellation charges?
A. In the event that you need to cancel your serviced
apartment a charge may be levied, please check the
Terms & Conditions of your serviced apartment
provider at the time of booking.
Q. What if I'm unhappy with my serviced apartment?
We do everything possible to ensure the serviced
apartment we book is the best one for you. Make sure
you give us as much detailed information about your
exact requirements before booking. If you arrive and
the serviced apartment is not as it was represented
contact us and we will look into your complaint. Please
remember that we cannot do anything if we are not
aware there is a problem.
Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. When booking a serviced apartment you will be provided
with details of the deposit required, this can be
up to the equivalent to one months rent. This deposit
is held against unpaid bills, damages and dilapidations.

serviced apartment provider as they do vary.
Q. Can I extend my serviced apartment booking?
A. Yes, it is often possible to extend your stay subject
to availability, please contact us as soon as you
know of the period you would like to extend for.
Q. How do I make a reservation? How is payment
made?
A. Once you have submitted your serviced apartment
choices and we have confirmed availability we will
provide you with the serviced apartment booking form
and terms and conditions. If these are satisfactory
and you would like the apartment to be booked will
need the booking form to completed in full and returned
to us along with credit card details in order to secure
the property on your behalf.
